What is a tender green coconut? And how is it different than the coconuts I see in the store?
Tender Green Coconut water refers to the liquid endosperm of a tender coconut at an age of approximately 9 months from time of pollination, the period before the solid endosperm or white meat forms. It is a pure and nutritious beverage in the natural state. The coconuts you see in store are mature (brown) nuts, typically used for the meat inside.
Why is it so difficult to turn the cap on the TAJA bottle?
TAJA’s patented cold-filtered process requires that our water is never exposed to air until you open your drink for the very first time. It is important that our caps are tightly sealed so that absolutely no air enters the bottle before the coconut water is consumed.
